The Certificate IV in Customer Contact (LEAN) looks at process and procedures within your office and business administration department. It successfully maps the flow of information and documentation, and looks to reduce waste and creates greater efficiencies in ALL office processes and procedures.

The course is adaptable to any office environment, and would suit administrative departments of 10 staff or more.
