To qualify for this funding you:

1. Can not be a Director or Owner of the business

2. Must be a permanent employee, no casuals or volunteers, part time employees must work a minimum of 13 hours per week

3. Can not have successfully completed a formal qualification level of Certificate III or higher within the past 7 years.
